S1: Day 14 (14)

It’s time for some Sunday ramblings!

A lot of this week has been spent getting back on track. It’s been more slow going than I thought it would be, but as long as it’s happening, I can’t really complain. Here are my victories for the week:

  1. I started writing again. Little by little. It’s getting easier to do.
  2. I am almost caught up on where I’d like to be in my TBR pile. This is a huge accomplishment.
  3. I’ve gained an understanding on the natural schedule of my body and when it needs to be resting and when it needs to be working.

There are always a few hiccups of course, but in terms of feeling completely off schedule and off my path…this is the first time in a long time where I haven’t experienced that. The norm for MONTHS has been the following:

  • I set a goal. It’s usually out of my reach.
  • I get frustrated when I can’t achieve the goal and start to shut down.
  • Repeat the next week.

This time around, while I didn’t achieve everything on my list, I got through enough of it where I feel as though I’ve finally gained an understanding of what is actually doable. This makes me feel much more accomplished.

So, all in all, it’s been a good week, and I’m slowly starting to gain more ideas on how to put myself out there more with my fans too. Very exciting stuff!
