It’s time for some Sunday ramblings!
A lot of this week has been spent getting back on track. It’s been more slow going than I thought it would be, but as long as it’s happening, I can’t really complain. Here are my victories for the week:
- I started writing again. Little by little. It’s getting easier to do.
- I am almost caught up on where I’d like to be in my TBR pile. This is a huge accomplishment.
- I’ve gained an understanding on the natural schedule of my body and when it needs to be resting and when it needs to be working.
There are always a few hiccups of course, but in terms of feeling completely off schedule and off my path…this is the first time in a long time where I haven’t experienced that. The norm for MONTHS has been the following:
- I set a goal. It’s usually out of my reach.
- I get frustrated when I can’t achieve the goal and start to shut down.
- Repeat the next week.
This time around, while I didn’t achieve everything on my list, I got through enough of it where I feel as though I’ve finally gained an understanding of what is actually doable. This makes me feel much more accomplished.
So, all in all, it’s been a good week, and I’m slowly starting to gain more ideas on how to put myself out there more with my fans too. Very exciting stuff!
