S1: Day 25 (25)

It’s the mid week check in. There isn’t a whole lot to talk about this week. I’m feeling so much better than I was on Sunday, and I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that I had a lot of things to sort out and get off of my chest. With these life revelations, I’ve been able to act in a way that is more beneficial to my mental health and overall lifestyle. This makes me feel more inspired to achieve my goals and be a better person to those around me.

Amazing, isn’t it? One thing being off can have such an impact on life. I’ll talk about my struggle with mental health and lifestyle issues another time, but I do just want to say that taking care of you is essential. Don’t be afraid to make it happen.
